By Regenerative Self-Care, I’m referring to the actions that you take to honour, nurture and nourish yourself—body, mind, heart and soul.

What you get…

 

I work in partnership with my clients, making them active participants in their transformation. During each private, one-to-one coaching session, we’ll focus on mastering a new self-care tool to build your new health foundation. Over 90 days, you’ll get:

  • 12 weekly, 45-minute personalised coaching sessions to help you transform your lifestyle habits, mindset, nutrition, exercise, and environment for better mental and emotional resilience.

  • Helpful handouts to take with you after each session to guide you every step of the way.

  • Either a recording or summary notes from each session. Clients often get deeper insights from revisiting our sessions long after we’ve completed our time together.

  • Voxer support between sessions during my office hours.

Coaching is delivered via Zoom, so location is never an issue. All that is required is some privacy and a good internet connection.

My coaching style.

As your partner on this journey to reclaiming your resilience, I will use self-care and embodiment practices to help you reach your goals and bloom into a healthier, calmer, and more joyful version of yourself.

As a queer trans man who has navigated chronic stress, overwhelme, anxiety, burnout, depression, and PTSD while running a creative business, I have faced some of the same challenges you’re going through right now. I also understand what it’s like to be a client in a coaching relationship as I received coaching during my journey to better mental and emotional wellbeing.

I’ll provide you with gentle encouragement, compassionate leadership, and a kick up the arse when you need it.

If we decide to continue working together, you’ll then make your investment, we’ll both sign the coach-client agreement and get you started on your journey to feeling healthier, calmer, and more joyful as a queer creative business owner.

  • Yes! Absolutely. Resilience coaching can help support the work you’re already doing in therapy. In fact, some of my clients are already in therapy when we start working together, or have had therapy in the past. As your coach, I’m here to help you create healthy lifestyle habits and self care practices that support mental and emotional wellbeing. And this actually compliments therapy by helping you focus on practical lifestyle changes that will lower the stress and improve resilience. Lowering stress and improving resilience can help create the space needed for the deeper processing, therapeutic work that is often done in therapy.

  • The best way is to book a strategy call so we can get a feel for each other and explore this.

    We definitely won't be a good fit for each other if:

    • Your views are in any way homophobic, biphobic, transphobic, or racist.

    • You’re not ready, willing, or able to take ownership of your mental and emotional wellbeing by making changes to your health, mindset, habits, lifestyle, and personal environment.

    • You’re looking for a quick fix or band-aid solution that doesn’t require action or commitment on your behalf.

    • You’re not open to trying meditation, breathwork, visualisation, EFT, energy work, or similar complementary practices.

    • You’re not prepared to be gently challenged, nudged out of your comfort zone, or see your challenges from a different perspective.

    • You’re not willing to be open, dive deep, and fully participate during coaching sessions. As coaching is a co-creative process, you’ll only get out of it what you’re willing to put in. With that being said, you can rest easy knowing I’m a trauma-informed coach. I’ll never ask you to recount any traumatic experiences you may have had.

    • You’re in crisis or aren’t able to function independently in daily life. This process will require you to be able to make your own decisions and take action to make changes to your life.

  • I only work with 6 private clients at a time to make sure I can give them the care and attention they deserve. So by necessity, I have to be very selective about who I enter a coaching relationship with. I only work with people I know I can help—folks who are coachable, who are the right fit for my skills set and coaching style, and are ready to show up for themselves and transform their lives. Anything less would be unfair to both of us. If I feel that I am not the right coach for you, I’ll let you know and point you towards better resources. If at any point you require help beyond my expertise, I’ll also point you towards the most appropriate professionals.

  • Absolutely! A lot of my clients are based outside of the UK. As long as you have availability during my 1:1 coaching hours of 9.30am - 3pm GMT/BST, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

  • I have a payment plan available if investing in full is a bit of a stretch for you.
