I’m a wellness coach and writer helping self-employed LGBTQIA+ artists and creatives to nurture their wellbeing so they can bloom with more calm, joy, and resilience.
Through my own experience of navigating chronic stress, burnout, and anxiety while running my creative studio, and later training as a health and wellness practitioner, I’ve learned how essential it is to truly honour, nurture, and nourish yourself in order to thrive as a queer creative.
Today, I blend coaching, strategy, and education to help my clients cultivate healthier habits, supportive mindsets, and regenerative self-care practices—so they can create, live, and work in ways that actually feel good.
