These are some of the best tools I’ve used in my own personal morning ritual practice and with my coaching clients- including meditation, visualisation and affirmations.
Why should you listen to me?
I created this course for you because I know what it’s like to start your day feeling low, overwhelmed, stressed, anxious and uninspired. As a queer, trans nonbinary person who has struggled with depression, chronic stress, anxiety, burnout and trauma while running a creative business, I know what it's like to feel like your mind, body and life are no longer your own.
I know what it's like when the conventional treatments of psychiatric drugs and talk therapy aren’t helping you reclaim your mental and emotional wellbeing. I also know the amount of courage it takes to seek other ways to reconnect with your body, free your mind and transform your life. Creating an empowering, mood-boosting morning ritual practice was my first step in doing this.
Today, I’m living with more joy, inner peace and emotional freedom than I’ve ever had in my life thanks to the help of the coaches I worked with. I now have some powerful self-care habits that keep my brain healthy, my mood stable, my energy high, my mind at peace and my heart content.
I trained as a Mental Health First Aider, Health & Life Coach and Personal Trainer to help queer entrepreneurs struggling with their mental and emotional wellbeing do the same. It’s my mission to help other LGBTQ+ creative business owners to live boldly, love themselves fiercely and care for themselves radically – because we all deserve to live in full bloom as the happiest, healthiest, most resilient versions of ourselves.
